Shipping information

Nobody likes waiting for goodies, which is why we strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible. At SHOPDAILY.pk, we offer free standard shipping on all products shipped within Pakistan.

 

For shipping to International destinations outside Pakistan, refer to International shipping rates corresponding to the product (weight) selected for purchase.

 

After you place an order you will receive a payment confirmation call from our customer service representatives. Once the order is confirmed, it will be our priority to dispatch your order within 48 hours for standard delivery (unless product specifies a longer preparation time as made to order) so that it reaches you anywhere in Pakistan within 5 business days. International shipping times vary base on country of destination. Unexpected delays may occur with the shipment, but if you don’t receive your order within the given time, our customer service representative will update you with the status of your shipment.

 

Return and Exchange policy

If you feel the product you have received is not as exactly as the one listed on website. SHOPDAILY.pk has a free of charge 10 days return policy for all the products except jewelry, Art work and watches. You will be required to provide an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which will be provided to you by SHOPDAILY.pk team via E-mail or phone. Simply mail us at service@shopdaily.pk and we will be happy to assist you. Once we have heard from you, our logistic team shall collect the order returns from you after which we will resolve it or the product will be replaced/refunded.

 

Please note that item must be in an unused condition and contain all the tags and packaging (if any). If there is a fault in the product shipped to you that is a manufacturing defect, your product will be replaced. Any/All electronic products sold SHOPDAILY.pk are backed by manufacturer warranties. Defective products (verified as sold defective) could be returned through following the above product return process. A refund or exchange coupon would be issued.

 

Certain products purchased on SHOPDAILY.pk if returned for reasons other than being a defective product, would be subject to a restocking/handling fees which could be up to 20% deduction of purchase value on various products. Please inquire about your purchased product and concerns with our customer service team.

 

Order Cancellation

At SHOPDAILY.pk, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch our orders within 48 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.

 

Cancellation of your order will depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. This is why; we give you a chance to cancel your order at any earlier time. If this is the case, please send us an order cancellation request to SHOPDAILY.pk Customer Service via email at service@shopdaily.pk or call us on +9221-35347427 & 28, 36064988 and we will take care of everything!

 

However, if your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Your best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher. Please note that in our efforts to deliver unmatched customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible.
