- What do I pay as standard shipping and handling charges?
• Standard shipping is absolutely FREE at SHOPDAILY for all Inland Pakistan domestic shipping orders of value Rs.1200 or more.
• There is no additional shipping or handling cost on standard orders at SHOPDAILY. Our standard shipping and handling charges are included in the prices listed on the SHOPDAILY.pk website.
• There are some extra charges for handling and shipping on holidays, specific dates and Express deliveries.
• There are some extra charges on wrapping of fragile items which is separate from the product price.
• There are some extra charges for all the heavy items with a weight of 3KG and above.
• Cash on delivery(COD) option is not available on orders of value Rs.5,000 and above.
• Cash on delivery(COD) charges are Rs.150 on every order.

Sales tax is included for all addresses in Pakistan and all international shipping except in the State of New Jersey. The Price listed

- What are my options for days of delivery and shipment time?
In Pakistan, SHOPDAILY.pk ships to over 150 cities within Pakistan by using our own couriers or partner courier services. We have following options available for you to choose from:-
• Delivery of certain products you are selecting may vary in accordance with its production time.
• However, the standard delivery is 3-5 working days excluding weekends and off days.
• Individual product delivery varies in accordance with its production time from 3-5 days.
Internationally, SHOPDAILY.pk ships worldwide to all cities using major courier services. The Charges for international shipping varies by the selection of courier, weight and destination. Kindly refer to our shipping chart for details.

- What is Production time?
Production Time:- Every product has its own unique attributes mentioned on the product page. Some products are ready to sell and some are handmade OR made to order, so the making time varies from product to product.
Time to Dispatch:- This refers to the time after the product is readily available by the vendor depending upon the nature of that particular product and then the time taken by the courier service to deliver. This is mentioned in the "Product Details" of every product at the bottom of the product page for your convenience.
- How long does it take for a standard order to be shipped and delivered?
Every effort is made to ship your products within 48-72 hours after receiving and confirmation of the order. Delivery is however subjected to approval and verification of your credit card and/or payment. Standard orders for regular items are usually delivered within 3-5 days excluding off days, weekends and holidays from the date of placement of order. Specific items customized clothing or certain electronics gadgets may take from 7 to 10 days for delivery. Handmade/made to order products have longer production time which may delay shipment and delivery.
- Do you do Date specific deliveries?
SHOPDAILY.pk does not offer date specific deliveries option on our website. However, in case you have a special request than you can always drop us an email at email@example.com
and we will try to deliver you at our best within the available capacity.
- What could result in delayed delivery of my order?
We do our best to deliver as per product specification. The following reasons may prevent in meeting the specific delivery dates:-
• Delay in verification of Credit Card
• Late Approval of the Credit Card/Payment
• Late placement/confirmation of order
• Invalid Billing Details; Address, Telephone No, etc

- What is SHOPDAILY.pk’s liability in case of a missed or late delivery of order?
Every effort is made to provide the product as promised and/or deliver exactly the same product as ordered on the date and time as required by the customer. However, in some rare instances, Shodaily.pk may not be able to deliver the product exactly as promised. This may happen due to reasons beyond our control, Strikes / Floods / Acts of nature or any other causality beyond control of Shopdaily.pk team or due to human mistake by any of our team member. Shopdaily.pk will be in no way liable, by way of compensation for any loss (es) suffered by the customer in consequences of missed, late or non-delivery of product or gift, for any amount exceeding the value of product order placed. SHOPDAILY.pk reserves the right to cancel any order at any point for any reason. In a case where an order is cancelled and not delivered, your money will be returned to you. If a credit card has been charged, please allow a week or ten days for the money to reflect in your account.
